The victim was located on August 18, 2002 at 2772 Reservoir Road, behind a vacant house underneath fiberglass insulation by a woman walking her dog. The remains were found in an advanced stage of skeletonization.

Three old rib fractures on right side of chest. Old injuries of the nose. Arthritis of the spine in the upper back, on the collar bone, and shoulder blade in the left shoulder.

1 pair of white with blue trim tennis shoes-Rebok brand-size 8 wide and 1 sock present in one of the tennis shoes.
Jewelry
1 penny found in pants pocket and a dollar bill folded up into one of the leg pockets. 7 pennies found in right front pocket of jacket. Separately noted was a gold and silver tone bracelet.

Approximate Height and Weight: 5'3-5'7"
Distinguishing Characteristics: Black hair. Broken nose. Healed shaft fractures of the right 5th, 6th, and 7th ribs. The nasal septum was deviated to the left. Osteorathiatic lipping noted to T4-T8.
Dentals: No dental fillings.
Clothing: Dark blue, nylon wind pants, with Velcro fastener around the ankles, size men's medium, "Medina" brand; with a blue jacket, size 2X. White and blue "Reebok" tennis shoes, size 8, wide. Brown T-shirt, size large, "Lamode" emblem over left breast area. Men's carpenter jeans, "Arizona" brand, with a black leather belt. Gold and silver tone link bracelet. 1 penny found in pants pocket and a dollar bill folded up into one of the leg pockets. 7 pennies found in right front pocket of jacket.

Pulaski County Jane Doe

The skeleton of a black woman between eighteen and forty years of age was discovered in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas on August 18, 2002. She had been shot in the head and was hidden underneath a pile of insulation. She wore several articles of clothing, some which were designed for men. Several pennies and a dollar bill were found in the pockets of her shirt and windbreaker pants. Her nose had been broken and her septum was reportedly slanted to the left side. Multiple ribs had previously healed from fractures.
