Circumstances
The University of North Texas Center for Human Identification – Department of Anthropology redefined the biological profile on this homicide victim. Based upon the revised biological profile, a new facial approximation has been prepared by forensic artist Michael McNicholas. The previous facial approximation was prepared by Frank Bender 19 years ago in 1994 and remains on display at the Delaware State Police Museum, Dover, Delaware.

Right thumb and right fifth (pinkie) finger had an extra long, well-groomed nails. Circumcised male.

Skeletal findings
An inventory of the skeletal elements revealed all to be present with the exception of the hyoid bone, the skull and the bones of both hands. Anthropological examination of the skeletal elements revealed them to be consistent with that of an adult male. The post cranial skeletal traits indicative of an adult male include the following: robust long bones with significant muscle marking, innominates with large acetabular diameters, narrow sciatic notches, short and
blunt pubic symphyses, an acute sub-pubic angle, and sacral curvature.
Examination of the skull on June 13th, 2013 noted multiple morphological traits indicative of a Mongoloid (Asian) individual. Key morphological traits noted as Mongoloid include a highly rounded and compact skull, keeling of the cranial vault, rounded eye orbits, a rounded nasal aperture and inferior zygomatic projection, and an intermediate nasal sill. Cranio-meteric analysis corporates sex as male and classifies the deceased as Chinese (Fordisc- National
Skeletal Data Base Analysis). Stature of the deceased based on the maximum length of the left femur is 66.6 inches(+/- 2.1 inches-* Hispanic Males). Age at death ofthe deceased in question is estimated to be between twenty-five and thirty years of age based on the early phase of cranial suture of cranial suture closure, the phase three pubic symphyses facial morphology (Suchey-Brooks standard- mean age 28 years), and minimal evidence of costal cartilage
calcification and pitting within the sternal ends of the first ribs.
Detailed examination of the skull and present post cranial elements revealed osseous fusion between the first cervical vertebrae to the atlanto-occipital junction of the skull, evidence of a healed fracture of the nose, and an unusual osseous protuberance at the rhomboid fossa (impression site of the costclavicular ligament) at the sternal ends of the clavicles. No additional observations are present upon further examination of the remains.
