Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown, short hair.
Clothing: 1 blue & 1 green "Fruit of the Loom" t-shirts, and a pair of blue cotton shorts,
nylon mesh deck shoes and a black digital watch with a plastic band.
Skeletal Findings: Two healed fractured toes on his left foot and a healed fractured toe on his right foot.
There was a stainless steel, tubular plate attached to his left fibula, above his ankle;
"Synthes Corporation", serial #241.07 A3IZ382.
Synthis Corporation is in Pennsylvania and distributed to almost 200 hospitals nationwide.
It probably was inserted between January and April 1997.
He likely broken his leg or ankle and the plate was placed in his leg to help it heal
Fingerprints: Available, only three, there was no match from national database.
Dentals: Available. Unfilled caries noted on teeth #6-11.
Unknown filling types noted on teeth #8,12-15,18 and 31.
Abscesses noted above teeth #7 and 13-15.

Case HistoryThe victim was located on an embankment near the I-70 and Fruitridge Avenue overpass, Vigo county, Indiana on January 14, 1998.
He was found by a state highway employee who was inspecting an overpass near Fruitridge Avenue.
No personal items or identification found. There were no knife or gunshot wounds on the man's bones.
