Owen County Jane Doe

Owen County Jane Doe was a female murdered in Kentucky in 1988. She was found on Highway 330, in a open field close to the road.

Physical Characteristics
The victim had dark brown and with some grey hair, cut in a bobbed style.
Her body was too decomposed to determine eye color.
She had a poorly homemade tattoo of the name "STEVE" on her upper arm.
Multiple healed fractures, nasal, sphenoid, maxillary zygomatic, along with a rib (L2), the fractures were estimated to be healed for 1-2 years before death.
The victim had no teeth.

Clothing
Dark brown or black men's socks with green toes.
Brown nylon blouse (near the body)
Winner's choice men's tennis shoes size 5 1/2 (near the body)
Faded blue jeans (near the body)
A blue bra (near the body)
