On October 27, 1995, an unidentified male was found in Fairmount Park in Philadelphia, PA near George’s Hill Drive and 52nd Street. He had been deceased for approximately three days before being discovered. The male was estimated to be in his late teens at the time of death. The male had brown eyes and black hair that was styled in corn rows. He stood approximately 5’11” tall and weighed about 163 pounds. The male had a vertical scar on the back of his right forearm, and his teeth were in good condition with no evidence of dental work. At the time of death the male was wearing a red size XL “Fruit of the Loom” short sleeved t-shirt with a “Sergio Tacchini” brand long sleeved pullover in size XL. The pullover was printed with the words Railway Express in black, green, and tan. The male was also wearing black “Boss” brand trousers in size 36L. He also wore “Fruit of the Loom” size 38-40L boxers, a black belt with yellow metal ornaments, and black “Reebok” hi-top sneakers in size 10.
