A person walking along Quarry Road discovered a garbage bag containing the decomposing body of Jane Doe. The bag was in the weeds about 20 feet from the road. Jane Doe is described as a black female, 25-35 years of age, 5'5" tall and weighing about 130 pounds. The victim was wearing purple shorts, a black bra, a handkerchief on her head, hoops earrings (ears were pierced once) and pink/purple nail polish. An autopsy failed to determine the cause of death. The victim had a scar from a hysterectomy. She had no tattoos. Her teeth were near perfect with no fillings.

The body an unknown black female was located along Quarry Rd., Caernarvon Twp., Berks Co., PA on 08/21/01. She was located approx. 20 ft. off of the roadway in the weeds. She was stuffed inside a large heavy-duty black plastic bag. She was in a fetal position inside the bag. She was in an advanced state of decomposition but so much that it was evident that she had no marks or tattoos on her body. There was a scar on her lower abdomen that was from a hysterectomy operation. It is believed that she had been dumped at this location within 7-8 days prior to her discovery. This location is approx. ¼- ½ mile from the PA Turnpike, Exit 22 (Morgantown exchange). The autopsy results are available to law enforcement agencies upon request. The toxicology results indicated that she did NOT have drugs or alcohol in her system. Both thumbprints from the victim were also obtained.

She was located approximately 20 feet off of the roadway in the weeds. She was stuffed inside a large heavy-duty black plastic bag. She was in a fetal position inside the bag. This location is approximately 1/4-1/2 mile from the PA Turnpike, Exit 22 (Morgantown exchange).
The toxicology results indicated that she did NOT have drugs or alcohol in her system.
