Male torso with fragmented skull (no mandible or teeth present) was found on March 10, 1977 30 miles off the coast of Point Judith and hauled up by a fisherman. Comparisons were made with multiple missing persons at the time however none were determined to be this person. Body was released for burial by Anderson Winfield Funeral Home in 1992. A .22 caliber bullet was located in the upper left hip but it was undetermined if this injury happened perimortem or antemortem.

Scars and marks
Skin of right lateral thorax shows a protruding 1.3cm skin tag consistent with papilloma.

Foreign objects
.22 caliber bullet found in anterior upper left iliac bone. Bone is encrusted around where the bullet was imbedded.
Skeletal findings
Lower spine shows a splitting of the lower sacrum consistent with a partial spina bifida.
Os inca present of posterior upper occiput.

Other medical

Mild to moderate atherosclerosis of descending aorta.
Blood type tested as B Rh negative
