WHO: This 18 to 30 year old Hispanic male was Height: 5’1″; Weight: 117 lbs (measured) ; Hair Color: Brown; Eye Color: Brown. Head hair is dark brown and up to 2.1 inches in length over the crown; Sparse hair on body; Relatively clean shaven with only a minimal amount of hair stubble present on the chin. Multiple nonspecific healing abrasions measuring up to 0.1 to 4.0 inches each are scattered across the decendent’s face and body. Had an appendectomy.

WHAT: Black jeans manufactured in Mexico; a short-sleeved, multicolored, vertically striped Bugle Boy brand shirt; a maroon, plaid, long-sleeved shirt; a black leather belt; blue Playboy brand underwear; and one white sock on the left foot. 12 ounce plastic Gatorade bottle containing 6 ounces of blue fluid and a gallon sized bottle of windshield wiper fluid containing half a gallon of fluid..

WHEN AND WHERE: He was discovered on January 14, 2006 in Charleston County, South Carolina. Estimated Date of Death: 2006-2006.

HOW: He was found deceased in the back of a van parked in a Rest Area on eastbound I-26 in Charleston. “Instituto Federal Electoral” card with the name Gustavo Rosas Hernendez found with body. Not sure if this belongs to the deceased.
