Victim was located at the bottom of a slope on an Interstate 80 turnout known as "Bitter Creek". She was found lying face-down in the snow, and her body may have been dumped from a truck 1-5 months prior to discovery. Victim is described as "white with predominately Hispanic characteristics or Hispanic with Native characteristics".
