On Monday, March 2, 2015 the body of this unknown man was found under the Route 95 overpass off of Spring Garden Street. The underpass is just behind Delilah's strip club in the 100 block of Spring Garden Street in the Northern Liberties section of the city.
It is believed the man was homeless. A check of his fingerprints produced no results but an aquaintance referred to the man as "Leo".
